Pala® Lab Putty

The easy 1:1 mixing guarantees high fitting accuracy and precise reproduction of details. Pala Lab Putty can be used in a great variety of applications and works outstanding when working with PalaVeneer. You can choose between the two shore A hardnesses 65 and 90 and a small or a big package of each.

Dimensionally stable over time (<0,05% after 24h)
Resistant to heat (e.g. in a pressure curing unit)
Great tear resistance
Can be combined with conventional light-body consistencies

*Times from the beginning of mixing at 23°C:
- Mixing time 30-45sec.
- Working time 1:30 min
- Curing time 4:00 min

Pala Lab Putty can be used for the following applications:

Matrix for fabrication of hybrid over-dentures
Matrix for construction of provisionals
Matrix for setting anterior teeth in an immediate denture
Matrix for construction of bars
Matrix for processing teeth on a partial denture
Duplicating models
Creating preparation models for the repair
Insulation of teeth against plaster
